We are delighted to have been a part of the International Yoga Festival held from 4th to 7th January 2022 in Puducherry. MAHER Student - V. Sumith won the 1st price in the Yogasana Competition under the category of female under age of 36 - 50 years old. The price ceremony was graced by Hon. Chief Minister of Puduchery - N. Rangaswamy. Surya Namaskar, Salute to the Sun or Sun Salutation, is a practice in modern yoga incorporating a sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas. The name identifies the sun as the soul and source of all life.
We performed 108 complete surya namaskar in 45 minutes at Nehru indoor stadium​.
